Midas

It was a good experience dealing with David and Richard. They are very informative regarding the condition of my car. They provided me a comprehensive information/suggestion after a thorough check up of vital parts beyond the task that I went there for (which only oil change) and it was at no cost for me. It is very helpful to a car owner to be provided information about the condition of their car to prolong its performance and most especially for its roadworthy and safety. Thank you Midas for the standards you instill in your service operation. I’ve been there lately. As I did made the appointment I’ve arrange asked if the oil change be done while I wait. It was really done promptly so I wa…

Richard was Very professional and honest when I called to asked about the oil change price. I was in and out within 40 minutes. Thank you and keep up the professionalism at Midas!!

I ended up having to take my car in three times. I took it there originally to get the brakes fixed and they let me know it needed new spark plugs, and additional work. I had them do that and my car kept misfiring and the engine light kept coming on. I ended up having to take it there three times but they Repaired my car and got me up and working and I’m very satisfied and impressed how professional they were! Thank you so much!

I booked an appointment at Midas on University Ave in La Mesa, expecting an oil change to cost $69.99. But when I arrived, they told me it would be nearly $120, even with a $20 coupon. They explained that my Toyota Corolla Hybrid requires a special synthetic oil. I decided to go somewhere else, so I recommend confirming the exact price before you go. However, the staff was very professional and upfront about pricing before starting any work. Their service seems good, and the pricing is similar to other places. I won’t give them a bad review since I didn’t have any work done. This is just based on my first encounter with them. Next time, I will be sure to ask first.

I dropped off my car early in the morning to get an oil change, and when I picked up the car I found the glove compartment out on the floor with the filter beside it. I went back and told them and I never heard an I am sorry they just put it back how it was. Still I wasn't happy how they gave me the car.
